EIBEL (Entrepreneurship Innovation-Based Experimental Learning)
EIBEL is an entrepreneurship innovation-based experimental learning model based on a methodology that favors research over guesswork, experimentation over elaborate planning, client feedback over expert intuition, and iterative design over traditional big design up front development. EIBEL is a three-month process that helps organizations to streamline, strengthen, and structure their products and services by capitalizing on their assets, accomplishments, and existing markets to maximize their revenues. EIBEL helps entrepreneurs make the implementation of new business ventures less risky while improving the change of success by following its principles of experimentation and continuous learning.
